Description
As a Program Analyst for the 2026 campus program at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to participate in a formal internship program and workshops focusing on low complexity initiatives within the Internship Program. You will attend classroom training, engage in self-study assignments, workshops, networking sessions, and other relevant events to enhance your skills and knowledge. In this role, you will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures that involve low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact. While receiving direction from your supervisor, you will have the opportunity to exercise judgment within defined parameters as you develop an understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements of the organization. Your responsibilities will also include providing information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, both internal and external if applicable. To be successful in this role, you are required to have at least 6+ months of work experience or an equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
