Job Description

Role Summary:

Plan the evolution of the energy + compute + electronics stack. Ensure product and technology roadmaps are coupled and forward-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate cell, pack, compute, BMS/EMS upgrades; baseline cost vs performance.
Partner with Energy Engineering, Power Electronics, Connectivity, ADAS teams.
Support platform scalability, module reuse, SOP windows, and interdependencies.
Track global shifts in chemistries, compute architectures, energy markets.

Ideal Profile:

4–8 years in battery systems, embedded compute, EV electronics, or energy systems.
Strong techno-commercial mindset.
