Must have skills : EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration Good to have skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to build knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Assist in the administration and maintenance of EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) systems. Monitor and troubleshoot SAN performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve storage-related problems. Assist in the implementation of storage solutions and upgrades. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in the documentation of storage-related processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. Strong understanding of storage area network concepts and protocols. Experience in configuring and managing EMC SAN devices. Knowledge of storage virtualization technologies. Familiarity with backup and recovery processes for SAN environments. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
