Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technology Manager with 10-14 years of experience to lead our Master Data Management team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management and master data management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective master data management strategies to improve data quality and integrity.
Lead a team of professionals in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data management.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of master data management principles and practices.
Experience in leading teams in designing and developing large-scale data systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and regulations.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management or a related field.
