Technology Manager - Master Data Management

As a Business Technology Solutions Manager at ZS, you will take ownership of client deliveries at a cross-office level, focusing on digital experience transformation. Your responsibilities will include building and managing client relationships, generating new business engagements, and providing thought leadership in the Digital Area. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery process for 3-4 client engagements, ensuring world-class MDM solutions are delivered - Ensure proposed design/architecture meets client expectations and solves business problems with high quality - Partner with Senior Leadership team for project management responsibilities such as project planning, staffing management, and people growth - Develop and implement master data management strategies and processes for maintaining high-quality master data - Design and manage data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, policies, and procedures - Provide mentorship and guidance to the team for continuous improvement and innovation - Lead efforts in building POV on new technology and problem-solving, contributing to firm intellectual capital - Actively engage in unstructured problem-solving to design and build complex solutions aligned with performance and functional requirements - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in master data management and data governance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related disciplines - 10-14 years of consulting-industry experience, preferably in Healthcare and Life Science sectors, working on medium-large scale MDM solution delivery engagements - 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing MDM services using tools like Informatica MDM, Reltio, etc. - Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, data quality, and metadata management - Knowledge of cloud-based data management platforms like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, etc. - Experience in designing and delivering solutions on Cloud platforms and ETL design and development Additional Skills: - Ability to manage a virtual global team environment for timely delivery of multiple projects - Knowledge of current data modeling and data warehouse concepts in the Business Intelligence domain - Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications - Strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills - Willingness to travel to global offices as needed for client or internal project teams,
