Technology Lead - Project Management

You will play a key role as a Technology Lead at Cognic Systems, a company specializing in advanced technology solutions such as Customized AI Agents, Bots, and Business Intelligence Dashboards. Your focus will be on overseeing the technical aspects of projects, designing solution architectures, and managing cross-functional teams. It is essential for you to have a solid background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, enabling you to effectively translate client requirements into actionable technical milestones. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects for global clients, defining technical architecture to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions, creating and managing project milestones and resource allocation, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth execution, driving Agile and Scrum practices, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with quality standards and client expectations. To excel in this role, you should possess 5 - 8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership, a strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies, a track record of successfully delivering projects for international clients, hands-on expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
