Technology Lead

The Tech Lead position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and leading technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include leading technical teams in software development, AI integration, and system deployment. You will need to ensure the implementation of best coding practices, make architecture decisions, and maintain technical quality assurance. Additionally, you will be overseeing sprint planning, conducting code reviews, and managing deployment processes. Collaboration with product managers and AI architects to align development efforts with project goals will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications. To qualify for this role, you should have an MCA/BE/BTech degree with 6-8 years of experience in software development and leading technical teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is essential. A strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture will be beneficial for this position.
