Technology Lead Business Analyst

The Technology Lead Business Analyst position is a senior-level role that involves facilitating communication between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the continuous exploration of business performance and other measures to drive business planning. Responsibilities: - Develop innovative technical solutions to address business requirements and oversee complex, high-volume applications in collaboration with business partners - Manage multiple work streams and applications across different locations for Credit Initiation and Onboarding - Contribute to the formulation of strategies and processes for Product Roadmap, Development, and Governance - Develop communication strategies to guide and influence colleagues and external customers - Provide advice on technology and operations, filter and validate complex information from various sources - Supervise staff management, including resource allocation, mentoring, and other assigned duties - Assess risks associated with business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis - Proficiency in presenting and using planning tools - Strong diplomatic and analytical skills - Ability to manage complex issues with significant impact by evaluating various action plans Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred This role falls under the Business Analysis/Client Services job family within the Technology group.
