Role Overview: As a Technology Lead Business Analyst at our company, you will be a key member responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists. Your role will involve exchanging information in a concise, logical, and understandable manner to support the Technology team. Your primary objective will be to contribute to continuous exploration of business performance to drive business planning effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative technical solutions to address business needs and oversee complex, high volume applications in collaboration with business partners and stakeholders - Manage multiple work streams and applications across different geographies for Credit Initiation and Onboarding - Assist in formulating strategies and processes for Product Roadmap, Development, and Governance, while also contributing to defining standards and new automation initiatives - Create communication materials to guide, influence, and persuade others, including colleagues from various departments and external customers - Provide advice and guidance on technology or business operations, filter, prioritize, and validate complex information from multiple sources - Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring onsite and offsite resources, and other assigned functions - Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations to protect the firm's reputation, clients, and assets Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis - Proficiency in presenting and utilizing planning tools - Strong diplomatic and analytical skills - Ability to manage complex issues with significant potential impact by evaluating various action plans and balancing conflicting needs Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Master's degree preferred Additional Company Details: If you are a person with a disability and require reasonable accommodation to use our search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
