Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technology Instructor located in Chennai. The Technology Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, creating and updating curriculum, and providing hands-on instruction to learners. The role also involves evaluating educational needs, mentoring students, and ensuring effective communication to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Strong Training and Education skills
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate learner engagement
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field link MCA, M.Sc Computer Science (Freshers with passion for Training)
• Prior experience in IT training or related areas is a plus
