• This is a prominent role, where your ability to develop stakeholder relationships will be as important as your technology risk management skills
• You'll gain exposure to a broad range of business areas, within Group Operations allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of how we operate and our risk profile
• Lead informed discussions of technology risk for relevant business areas and products

What you'll do
As a DigitalX Technology Controls Lead, you'll apply effective risk management and decision-making capability, anticipating and assessing the potential impacts of risk across the relevant business area. In addition, you'll create a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity through great people leadership, coaching, engagement, and development of skills.
