Technology Business Analyst

The role is offered at the associate level. You will support the bank in achieving customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding the internal and external technology customer needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, refining, synthesizing, translating, and ensuring that the needs are documented in a form that can be readily understood by all stakeholders. Additionally, you will: - Analyze statistical model documents, participate in model working groups, co-ordinate with the quantitative analysis team, and implement models in the IT system. - Create artifacts like detailed business requirement documents, model prototypes, offline model calculators, etc. - Conduct workshops with the IT development team to design model interfaces and end-to-end processes using agile scrum methodology. - Frame requirements in terms of user stories, engage with the technical team for development, and drive requests to completion. - Draft quantitative and functional test scripts, perform quality assurance tests on developed functionalities, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, and support production releases functionally. - Communicate with business users, program teams, and other stakeholders, aid in solving their queries, and cater to their issues. To succeed in this role, you'll need an appropriate business analyst certification and a minimum of seven years of experience working as a business analyst. You should have a strong understanding of Credit Risk Models, PD & LGD, RWA, and Capital calculations to create solutions for business problems and requests. Additionally, you should have: - Proven application of business analysis tools and techniques. - A good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies with experience working within an Agile environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.,
