Provide technical support for product development in Rubber & Polymer applications
to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
2. Resolve technical issues faced by customers using SIPL products
to enhance customer experience and product reliability.
3. Conduct product trials (Zn Oxide TS-99, Active, H.S.A & Zn Borate) at customer sites
to validate product efficacy and gather performance data.
4. Engage with subject matter experts for guidance on complex trials
to ensure technical accuracy and innovation.
5. Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and technical assessments
to provide hands-on support and build customer trust.
6.Study customer application methods and processes to tailor product recommendations and improve compatibility.
7.Prepare and submit detailed visit reports to document findings and support internal decision-making.
8.Research market trends and technical developments in Rubber chemistry to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
9.Develop and report new printing recipes for Rubber applications to support product diversification and technical advancement.
10.Maintain progressive records of R&D trials to track development and support continuous improvement.
11.Recommend new products for the Rubber segment to expand the product portfolio and meet evolving customer needs.
