Techno functional IT Business Analyst

As an experienced professional with 10-12 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. - Lead workshops with business users, product owners, and technology teams to gather and validate requirements. - Collaborate with architects and developers to assess feasibility, solution alignment, and integration paths. - Support modernization initiatives involving cloud-native and hybrid deployments. - Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including UAT planning, testing, and production rollout. - Create documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios. - Drive agile ceremonies (if required) - sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc. Required Skills & Experience: - Familiarity with modern technology platforms including Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) - concepts of scalability, APIs, security. - Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, and container-based applications. - Experience in integration with Core Banking Systems and Digital Channels. - Understanding of data formats such as ISO20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA, XML, JSON. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum and DevOps ways of working. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman, and similar. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with tools like Finastra GPP, ACI, FIS, TCS BaNCS, or Volante. Educational Background: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline. - Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe Agilist, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
