Techno Commercial Sales

As a Techno-Commercial Sales Executive/Manager of Raw Materials in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry, your role involves developing and executing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and identifying new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry - Meeting with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote raw materials - Providing technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of raw materials - Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities - Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers - Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Attending industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers - Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications - Fluent in regional language along with English & Hindi - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Willingness to travel as needed If you are passionate about sales and have a strong technical background in Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care or related raw materials, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
