Techno-Commercial Manager - Poultry - South Asia

You will be responsible for further developing Phosphea's range of mineral-based products dedicated to poultry in the South Asia markets. Your main tasks will include: - Developing sales of advanced mineral products in the poultry segment. - Understanding the needs of the markets and the expectations of customers. - Conducting technical presentations of products to prospects and customers such as integrators, feed and premix makers, farmers, and distribution partners. - Providing technical advice and personalized support to partners. - Collecting and analyzing market information including market studies, technical aspects, competition, and regulatory monitoring. - Negotiating commercial contracts and ensuring their implementation. - Following up on commercial contracts, conducting regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction and needs. - Prospecting and developing the client portfolio. - Building customer loyalty through establishing a privileged relationship with customers. Your profile should include: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Animal Feed Additives/Vitamin mineral Pre-Mix industry with a strong technical background and business acumen. - Expertise in the mineral-based feed ingredient segment would be advantageous. - Experience in Feed Formulation and a network of clients. - Must be innovative to generate new product ideas for the Indian market and collaborate with in-house and external R&D institutes. - International exposure and experience working with a multi-cultural team. - Excellent communication skills. - Organized and rigorous approach. - Entrepreneurial mindset. - Business and results-oriented with a passion for negotiating. - Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.,
