Techno-Commercial Manager Manufacturing Plant

As the Techno-Commercial Manager Strategy & Planning, you will lead cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, infrastructure, product commercialization, and technology deployment. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with deep technical acumen to drive innovation, manage large-scale projects, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners for delivering operational and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new strategic interventions within the supply chain vertical that align with the organization's long-term vision and goals. Evaluating the commercial viability of ongoing and new initiatives, prioritizing projects based on revenue impact and strategic value, and staying current with industry trends and evolving best practices in supply chain management will be key aspects of your role. Leading the design and execution of new plant layouts and production lines in accordance with company standards and future capacity requirements, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful delivery, defining delivery strategies for new manufacturing facilities, and overseeing infrastructure planning, utilities, and automation solutions at project sites will be part of your responsibilities. You will also lead the end-to-end management of product commercialization, collaborating with R&D and Marketing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and validating line trials and scale-up trials to meet technical and quality specifications before commercial production. Identifying and implementing advanced tools and technologies to streamline operations, conducting infrastructure and equipment reviews, developing pilot initiatives for process optimization, and scaling successful models across categories will be crucial for enhancing operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, along with 12+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, infrastructure planning, and techno-commercial project management. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, experience in large-scale project execution, technology deployment, and a deep understanding of compliance, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks in food and beverage manufacturing are essential for success in this position.,
