About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and smart Techno-Commercial Civil Engineer who will play a key role in converting leads into confirmed projects. This professional will visit client plots/sites, assess feasibility, explain technical and commercial proposals, and build trust to close the deal.

The ideal candidate must have a blend of civil engineering knowledge and sales skills, with strong communication abilities and experience in dealing with individual plot owners, landowners, or real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites after lead generation to assess project feasibility
  • Explain technical aspects such as soil, structure, design, and construction process
  • Present cost estimates, proposals, and scope of work confidently to the client
  • Handle client objections and negotiate commercial terms professionally
  • Build rapport with individual clients, NRI plot owners, and families
  • Coordinate with the CRM, Estimation, and BD teams for proposal and follow-up
  • Help close deals by giving a strong on-ground impression and technical trust

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 12 years of experience in residential construction + sales or customer interaction
  • Must be smart, talkative, and confident in face-to-face meetings
  • Strong in client handling, project explanation, and trust-building
  • Good communication in Odia, Hindi & English
