Technician -Tirur location

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, with a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Conduct site assessments, measurements, and feasibility checks before installation.
• Perform electrical wiring, mounting of solar panels, and connection of inverters, batteries, and other components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly service and installation reports.
• Provide guidance and technical support to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy or related field.
• Proven experience in solar PV installation and maintenance (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors and at heights.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
