Technician

Job Title: Technician Department: Engineering / Maintenance Reports to: Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager Location: Pondicherry Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems. Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC problems. Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Assist with renovations, remodeling, and other special projects as assigned. Report any major repair needs or potential hazards to the Chief Engineer. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure cleanliness and order in maintenance areas and mechanical rooms.
