Job Description

Looking for GPM Executives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment, including refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Preventative Maintenance:
Implement and follow preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.

Safety and Hygiene Compliance:
Ensure all equipment and systems meet safety and hygiene standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Inventory Support:
Assist with inventory management, including tracking equipment parts and supplies, and reporting when items need to be reordered.

General Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks throughout the restaurant, including basic plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work performed.

Skills and Qualifications:

ITI with minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Industry
