• Fault finding / trouble shooting / maintenance of rotating equipments like centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, diaphragm pumps, rotary vacuum filters, mixers, gearbox, agitators, cooling towers, chillers, separators, clarifiers, centrifuge, extruder, mixer granulator, packing wrap machine etc.

• Preparation of PM plans & schedule based on OEM manuals.

• Execution of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance plans & checklists to avoid breakdown maintenance of all mechanical assets. like pumps, blowers, compressors, centrifuge separators, decanter, packing machines, gearboxes, conveyors, Coal AFBC boiler & traveling grate incineration boilers, stack emission control, steam turbine, coal handling plant, coal handling plant, ETP, steam distribution systems, chilling plants, HVAC, PHE, condensers, HEPA filters, agitators, air dryer, Multi effect evaporator plant, cooling towers, RO systems, racking system, warehouse equipments, piping, tank & vessels in MS, SS, HDPE, PP FRP, PVDF etc.

• Carry out bearing assembly / dismounting, mechanical seal repair / replacements etc.

• Maintenance of hydraulic system, heat exchangers, condensers, compressors, chilling plant, air conditioners, HVAC, multistage pumps etc.

• Maintenance assistance for steam turbine, DG sets, RO plant, MEE plant, lobe type blowers, decanters, boiler equipment’s like multistage pumps, coal handling plant, impeller fan assemblies, soot blowers, traveling grate etc.

• Immediate response to breakdown maintenance repair with root cause analysis, CAPA & their execution compliance co ordinating with production dept.

• Carry out precise shaft alignment of rotating machines with the help of laser alignment kit & dial gauges. Handling of condition monitoring tools.

• Safety work management- Job safety analysis, work permit system, LOTO, TBT before execution.

• Proactiveness for safe & smooth execution of all the daily activities by staff to achieve zero accident.

• Co-ordination with external service providers for AMC services or in emergency requirements.

• Submission of daily report to seniors & monthly report as per Management Information System.

• Should be team player and work closely with other team members to ensure smooth handovers of jobs.

• Should be ready to work in any sections of the plant based on the requirements and instructions from the supervisors.
