Job Description

Aster Medcity is looking for Technician - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Patient Assistance: Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises, mobility activities, and functional tasks as prescribed by physical therapists, occupational therapists, or rehabilitation specialists.Modalities and Equipment: Operate and set up therapeutic modalities and equipment, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy, traction, and assistive devices.Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for treatments and interventions, ensuring proper positioning, safety, and comfort during sessions.Transfer and Mobility: Assist patients in transfers, positioning, and mobility exercises to promote physical independence and functional improvement.Gait Training: Support patients in learning and practicing proper walking and gait patterns, utilizing assistive devices if necessary.Range of Motion (ROM): Administer and monitor passive and active range of motion exercises to prevent joint stiffness and improve flexibility.
