Technician - I

As a Technician - I at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, located in Halol 1 - Plant, you should hold a Diploma qualification along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will be authorized to sign various Engineering GMP documents, Breakdown Maintenance Memos, and Preventive Maintenance checklists and history cards. Your key responsibilities will include promptly attending to breakdowns and maintenance tasks related to electrical systems. You will be required to execute preventive maintenance as per the schedule, update the checklist, and maintain the history card. Effective coordination with inter-departments such as QA and Production is essential for the smooth functioning of operations. You will also be responsible for handling and monitoring HT & LT and critical panels, as well as operating and maintaining DG Sets and UPS systems. In case of power failures, you will be expected to manage the activities efficiently. Additionally, you will be involved in modification-related activities and work towards energy conservation initiatives. Project work related to the up-gradation of systems and equipment will also be a part of your role. Ensuring that GMP documents are maintained as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is crucial for compliance and operational efficiency.,
