Technician for massage chair

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Demonstration
• Unbox, assemble, and install massage chairs at customer premises or showrooms
• Provide on-site operational training and basic usage guidance to customers
• Maintenance & Repair
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on-site or in the service workshop
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance checks for AMC customers
• Replace or repair faulty electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic components
• Technical Support & Reporting
• Respond to customer service calls and complaints promptly
• Maintain service logs, customer feedback, and job sheets digitally or manually
• Coordinate with the service coordinator for spare parts and scheduling
• Quality & Safety
• Follow safety guidelines during repair and installation
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and cleanliness of service area
• Ensure quality service standards as per brand guidelines

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and product manuals
• Familiarity with massage chairs or consumer appliances preferred
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Customer service orientation and polite behavior
• Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or service software for job closure

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
• Experience in servicing massage chairs, recliners, or similar products is a plus
• Two-wheeler license preferred (for field service roles)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
