Job Description

The responsibilities for this position include installing and demonstrating massage chairs at customer locations or showrooms, providing operational training to customers, diagnosing and repairing issues either on-site or in the service workshop, conducting preventive maintenance checks, replacing faulty components, responding to service calls promptly, maintaining service records, coordinating with service coordinator for spare parts, following safety guidelines, maintaining tools and inventory, and ensuring quality service as per brand standards. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, ability to interpret circuit diagrams and product manuals, familiarity with massage chairs or consumer appliances, strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency in using mobile apps or service software for job closure. Qualifications for this role include an ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, experience in servicing massage chairs or similar products is a plus, and a two-wheeler license is preferred for field service roles. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work.,
