Technician Engineer(HVAC)

1. Experience: Over 6 years.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

3. Gender: No preference.

4. Language: Proficient in English.

5. Salary: 40,000 to 70,000 Rupees.

6. Working days: 6 days a week at office.

7. Preference for candidates residing close to the company.

8. During the 3-month probation period, 80% of the confirmed salary will be paid

(probation period may be adjusted based on individual performance).

9. HVAC Specialist: with experience in projects related to AHU, DHU,

Air Conditioners, and knowledge of BMS. And able to design more than two dimensions.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the complete project cycle—from initial client meetings and requirement analysis to system design, cost estimation (BOQ), and CAD drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend initial client meetings to understand project requirements and assess HVAC system needs
• Conduct site visits and perform quantity take-offs and material estimation
• Develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing based on system design and bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Create detailed HVAC system layouts and shop drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment from proposal to execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC system design and estimation
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D; 3D is a plus) and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, system types (AHU, VRF, chillers, ducting, etc.), and design principles
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with estimation software (optional but advantageous)

Preferred:

• Experience working on commercial/industrial HVAC projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
