Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
Prepare and process samples for testing, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as clinical pathology or biomedical technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical pathology laboratory setting.
Possess strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, protocols, and regulations.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation is required.
