You will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing high-quality technical content such as user guides, API documentation, product manuals, white papers, case studies, technical blogs, web content, and knowledge base articles. Your key role will involve translating complex technical information into accurate, digestible, and engaging content that caters to various audiences, while maintaining consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation. Collaborating with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather source materials and clarify technical details will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will optimize content for SEO, adhere to branding guidelines, and update existing documentation as products evolve. Utilizing documentation tools and content management systems to publish and manage content will be part of your regular tasks. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Thane. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to create content that simplifies complex technical concepts for technical and developer audiences. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adept at crafting clear, concise, and engaging content.
