About Client:

A leading Financial Institution.

Role: Technical Writer

Experience 3 to 5 Years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field].
  • Proven experience 3 years as a Technical Writer, preferably in the [technology, software, etc.] sector. Experience in a non-banking financial institution is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using various authoring tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, HTML, DITA, Confluence, Swagger, API documentation tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
