Technical Writer

Experience:

Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, or other technical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information.
  • Suggest improvements to documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to refine documentation.
  • Liaise with other writers to share feature updates, feedback, and relevant reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    Typically,

    1-2 years

    of technical writing experience.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills:

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, DITA, or Markdown.
  • Knowledge of programming languages or engineering concepts (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
