Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, or other technical products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information. Suggest improvements to documentation standards, templates, and style guides. Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to refine documentation. Liaise with other writers to share feature updates, feedback, and relevant reviews. Requirements Experience: Typically, 1-2 years of technical writing experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, DITA, or Markdown. Knowledge of programming languages or engineering concepts (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with Agile development processes.
