What you will do:

• Translate complex healthcare policies and software functionality into accurate and user-friendly release notes, guides, UI copy, and reference materials.
• Analyze and comprehend process flow diagrams and decision trees to document software logic.
• Research and verify information against healthcare and technical resources to ensure documentation accuracy and build deep domain expertise.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and subject matter experts throughout the documentation lifecycle, from requirements refinement through final reviews.
• Proactively monitor project timelines and documentation needs within rapid release cycles, identifying gaps or potential issues before they impact deliverables.
• Maintain existing documentation as products evolve, including updating procedures, screenshots, and reference materials.
• Contribute to special projects when needed, including proofing, editing, and formatting content for internal and external users.

What you bring:

• 4-year degree in technical writing, communications, journalism, English, or related field
• 13 years of technical writing or comparable experience
• Strong command of the English languageyou write clearly, adapt your writing style for different audiences, and edit content for spelling, grammar, and mechanics
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skillsyou build trust and work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups across different time zones
• Strong critical analysis skills and enthusiasm to learnyou enjoy researching, synthesizing complex and/or technical information, and translating topics into clear and concise written communication
• Strong organizational skills and proactive ownershipyou balance multiple priorities and shifting deadlines, track projects through completion, and know when to ask for guidance
• Team-oriented mindsetyou invest in building genuine relationships with teammates and believe the best work happens when people support each other
