Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Writer for our client, Bangalore. The role involves creating and maintaining structured technical documentation for electronics, semiconductors, and computer hardware/software products.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation with clarity and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with corporate documentation standards and guidelines.
Work closely with engineers and technical leads to convert complex concepts into user-friendly content.
Lead documentation projects including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Post-graduation in Electronics OR equivalent technical writing/information development experience in Electronics/Microprocessors/SoC.
36 years of experience as Technical Writer.
Strong knowledge of Semiconductors, Embedded Electronics, Microprocessors, SoC, Hardware & Software Engineering.
Expertise in Documentation Production Cycle, Structured Authoring, DITA, XML, HTML.
Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
Proficiency in tools such as oXygen XML Editor, CMS, Tortoise SVN, MS Office, MS Visio, Graphics/Multimedia tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
