Technical Writer- Contract

Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, creating multimedia content such as videos, staying updated on software features, establishing a style guide for documentation consistency, evaluating and enhancing the documentation process, staying informed about industry trends, managing document repositories, conducting usability testing, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in writing, particularly focusing on software solutions in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with software development methodologies, agile practices, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to a global audience are essential. Experience in creating multimedia content, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are also necessary.
