Technical Support Executive International Voice Process

Location:

Job Summary

highly skilled, tech-savvy, and customer-oriented Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers with professionalism.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to:

Operating Systems:
Windows, macOS, Linux (basics)
Network Connectivity:
LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Routers, Modems
Email Configuration:
Outlook, Thunderbird, Webmail
Applications:
Installation, updates, and error resolution

Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting procedures.
Use
remote access tools
(AnyDesk, TeamViewer, LogMeIn) for advanced issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 teams with complete documentation.
Maintain accurate case notes and logs in
CRM/helpdesk tools
(Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
Meet or exceed defined
SLAs, quality scores, and call handling metrics.
Provide insights to internal teams regarding recurring customer issues and potential improvements.

Required Skills

Excellent
communication skills
(English verbal & written).
Strong
technical troubleshooting
and
problem-solving
abilities.
Basic understanding of
networking concepts and operating systems.
Experience using
remote support tools
and
CRM platforms.
Customer-first attitude with a focus on service quality and resolution.
