Technical Voice Support Executives (Immediate Joiners)

Who Can Apply:

Freshers
with
B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), or BE
degrees
Other graduates
must have
prior technical support experience
or
good technical knowledge
in networking, broadband, WiFi, etc.

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound voice calls for internet/WiFi/modem/router support
Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware setup issues
Guide customers through basic technical steps (modem reset, configuration)
Document calls and escalate complex issues when needed
Ensure quick and effective resolutions with high customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

Good understanding of broadband, modems, routers, WiFi, IP addressing
Excellent English communication skills (neutral/global accent preferred)
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
