We are hiring for a Technical Recruiter position with strong experience in US IT Staffing (W2 hiring). The role involves end-to-end recruitment for niche and challenging technical positions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT roles (W2).
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates.
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and finalize onboarding.
• Track and update recruitment activities regularly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (W2 only).
• Ability to source for niche and high-demand technical roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements.
