Job Description

Technical Trainer

telecom installation, splicing, and tower operations

classroom and hands-on training

Develop and update
training materials
, including manuals, presentations, SOPs, and video modules.
Assess trainees performance through
practical evaluations, written tests, and field audits
.

Experience:

5+ years of field experience as a
splicer, telecom technician, or tower rigger
.
2+ years in a
training, mentoring, or supervisory role
preferred.

Technical Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
fiber splicing, testing (OTDR, power meter, fusion splicer use)
.
Understanding of
tower rigging, RF equipment installation, grounding, and alignment
.
Familiarity with
telecom safety protocols, PPE usage, and rescue procedures
.
