Provide frontend training using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular . Guide learners on backend development with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs . Train in database management using MySQL, MongoDB , and ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA . Introduce tools and practices like Git/GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker . Deliver sessions via classroom or virtual platforms. Create course materials, assignments, hands-on projects, and assessments. Provide guidance and mentorship to students for project work and job readiness. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay up to date with the latest development trends and update training content accordingly. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 12 years of experience in training/mentoring is preferred. Strong knowledge of: Core & Advanced Java Spring Boot, Hibernate HTML, CSS, Bootstarp, JavaScript, React.js REST APIs, JSON, Web Services MySQL / MongoDB Version control [Git] Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms [AWS, Azure] is a plus.
