Technical Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our academic training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Python, and C programming languages, and a flair for teaching and mentoring B.Tech students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions in Java, Python, and C to undergraduate engineering students.
• Design and develop course materials, assignments, and assessments tailored to university curriculum standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in programming and software development.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and university faculty to align training with academic goals.
• Provide mentorship and support to students for project work and coding competitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or training in Java, Python, and C.
• Strong command over programming fundamentals and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in training B.Tech or engineering students is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with online teaching tools or LMS platforms.
• Certifications in Java, Python, or related technologies.
