Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a 2 to 3 years of experienced and skilled technical trainer.

Requirements

Familarity with programming languages such as python or core java or C#.
Understanding of RDBMS such as MYSQL / Oracle / Postgres / SQL server.
Proficient in framework such as spring boot.
Knowledge on cloud such as AWS is a optional.
Passion towards training and take ownership in work.
Be adaptive to work in online and classroom sessions.
Quick learner and able to self-learn programming languages, frame works and other open sources with minimal guidance provided by the department
Prepare technical course content, presentations, exercises and case studies for the provided requirement.
Interact with project managers, technical leads frequently, improve the case studies to enrich the training repository.
Handles theory and lab sessions for fresher’s and experienced associates.
Reviews the associate’s lab exercise individually and support the associates in completing the case studies on time.
Prepares question papers for evaluation and evaluate the associates on needy basis.
Able to work in various shift to support multiple time zones.
