Job Role: Technical Trainer (Programming & Development)

Location: Karur

Qualification:

• ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Allied Departments)

Salary Details:

• Experienced Candidates: Salary not a constraint for the right candidate
• ME Freshers:
• During Internship (based on interview performance): ₹25,000
• After Internship (based on exit test performance): 4 – 8 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct placement and skill development training sessions in colleges.
• Teach programming languages & technologies: C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development (Front-end & Back-end).
• Deliver sessions with 30% theory and 70% practical (live coding & problem-solving).
• Guide and mentor students to improve technical skills and coding confidence.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: C, Java, Python, Data Structures, Algorithms, Java Full Stack, MERN/MEAN Stack.
• Problem-solving & live coding expertise.
• Confident presentation & public speaking skills.
• Good communication skills.
