Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for QA engineers, business analysts, and technical leads.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA managers, project leads, and L&D teams to align training with business goals and project requirements.
• Stay updated with Duck Creek platform updates and testing best practices to continuously evolve training content.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Duck Creek platform, with a strong focus on QA and testing.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring QA teams.
• In-depth understanding of Duck Creek testing frameworks, including automation tools and defect management systems (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, JIRA).
