We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duck Creek QA Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize training programs focused on testing and quality assurance within the Duck Creek platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Duck Creek policy, billing, or claims modules, a strong background in QA methodologies (manual and automation), and a passion for empowering QA teams through effective knowledge transfer. As a QA Trainer, you will play a key role in building the testing capabilities of internal teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality insurance technology solutions. Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for QA engineers, business analysts, and technical leads. Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Duck Creek platform, with a strong focus on QA and testing. Proven experience in training or mentoring QA teams. In-depth understanding of Duck Creek testing frameworks, including automation tools and defect management systems (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, JIRA).
