Technical Trainer (Civil)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Trainer to join our team and train students and professionals in Civil Engineering Design and Visualization Software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, BIM tools, and AI-based Civil Engineering applications.

If you are a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong interest in teaching and technology, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in technical education. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for freshers to become expert trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions (classroom or online) on Civil Engineering software tools:
• AutoCAD (2D & 3D Drafting)
• Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP
• 3ds Max with V-Ray or Lumion
• BIM and related project management tools
• AI-based Civil Engineering applications
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and real-world project examples.
• Guide students in live projects and practical assignments.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Civil Engineering software and AI tools.
• Contribute to content development, demo projects, and workshops.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
• Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of Civil Design and Drafting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Willingness to learn new software and technologies
