Technical Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in design and development.
• Act as a bridge between product management, business stakeholders, and the development team.

• Technical Ownership

• Drive the

  design, architecture, and implementation

  of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Ensure efficient integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance are embedded in all solutions.

• Delivery & Collaboration

• Translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, and UI/UX) for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in

  Python

  with frameworks such as

  Flask and FastAPI

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  scalable system design, event-driven programming, and REST API development

  .
• Solid understanding of

  authentication, authorization, and data security principles

  .
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into unified systems.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and patterns.
• Experience with

  Git, Mercurial, or SVN

  version control systems.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 4-6 years of IT experience

  , with at least

  4 years of hands-on Python development

• Prior experience as a

  Senior Developer or Technical Lead
