• Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile developers.
• Oversee development and maintenance of Dentalkart's website and mobile app.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle—from planning to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
• Ensure high code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and deploy fixes rapidly.
• Regularly review system architecture and suggest improvements.
• Plan sprints and manage Jira task board for timely delivery.
