Technical Support Voice Process

As a Wireless (CX1 Voice) Process employee at Tech Mahindra Ltd in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune, you will be required to have a minimum of 6 months experience in an International voice process. The position is open to Undergraduate or above qualifications. Your role and responsibilities will include resolving billing/technical related issues, managing international inbound customer calls to provide exceptional service, actively listening to customer needs and feedback, and accurately documenting customer interactions. This position requires you to have strong communication skills with excellent spoken English. You should be willing to work in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts, 6 days a week, and 1 rotational week off. The interview process includes UAT/Operations as the 1st round and Versant with a requirement to score 60 as the 2nd round. The job type is full-time, permanent, and open to freshers.
