Technical Support Voice Process

You will be responsible for resolving billing/technical related issues and answering questions about billing/technical or services. Your main focus will be to manage International inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries. It is essential to listen actively to customer needs, concerns, feedback, and respond appropriately. Additionally, you will accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
